$200 Off Same-Day Repair Promotion. Valid only on qualifying repairs and equipment purchases of $500 or more, completed and paid in full on the same calendar day as the original service call. Offer excludes diagnostic fees, service call fees, parts under $500, maintenance plans, third-party warranty work, and any work covered by manufacturer warranty. Customer must mention this offer at time of booking. Cannot be applied retroactively or to existing balances. Cannot be combined with the 90-Minute Arrival Guarantee or any other offer.
90-Minute Arrival Guarantee. Smart Home Air & Heat guarantees a licensed technician will arrive at the customer's service address within 90 minutes of the customer's call, subject to the following limitations: (1) the call must be received during a time when our dispatch system is operational; (2) the service address must be within our published service area (Orange County and Seminole County, Florida); (3) the customer must provide accurate contact and address information; (4) weather emergencies, natural disasters, traffic accidents on direct routes, road closures, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may extend arrival times. If we fail to arrive within 90 minutes for reasons within our control, the customer is entitled to $200 off the labor portion of the resulting repair, provided the repair is completed by Smart Home Air & Heat. The $200 credit is not redeemable for cash, has no value if the customer declines service, and cannot be combined with the $200 Off Same-Day Repair promotion or any other offer.
$49 Tune-Up Special. Valid for one residential AC system per visit. Additional systems billed at standard rates. Limited to existing equipment in working order; does not include repairs, refrigerant, or parts. New customers only unless otherwise specified.
